School-Based Consultation Services: The CCNS Neuropsychologist is available to consult with your child’s current team of teachers or to attend meetings. Possible school-based consultation services include:
- Attend 504 Meetings, IEP Meetings, Placement Meetings, etc.
- Observe delivery of support services in the school setting (with school district cooperation)
- Participate in Special Education Mediations
- Testify at Special Education Due Process hearings
- Observe possible placement options
Additional Consultation Services: The CCNS Neuropsychologist often consults with counselors, pediatricians, psychiatrists, neurologists, and other providers in an effort to best understand and support your child.
