IEP Attendance and Development

It is often helpful to have the neuropsychologist attend school meetings, as the neuropsychologist can assist in summarizing the results of the neuropsychological testing, disseminating important information to schools regarding the child’s neuropsychological testing, and in developing appropriate, individual support plans. School meetings are often conducted after neuropsychological testing but can take place separately as well for information gathering and/for ongoing management and consultation purposes.
