What does insurance cover?

Coverage varies depending on your insurance plan. Some or all services may be covered, with fees differing based on the service provided and your level of coverage. A referral or prior authorization may be required, and co-payments or deductibles may apply. Before testing begins, CCNS will collaborate with you to determine what is needed. It’s essential to verify your coverage directly with your insurance company.

What doesn’t insurance cover?

Insurance typically doesn’t cover educational testing, so there is a separate fee for assessing your child’s academic abilities. Additionally, school meetings, observations, hearings, and mediations are not covered by insurance.

What insurance does CCNS accept?

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO
  • Blue Cross Blue Shield HMO
  • Self-Pay: If insurance does not cover the services, you may pay for the services of out pocket. Some insurance companies will reimburse a portion of the assessment.
